Twylia began her insurance career in 1978 with an Independent Agency working on both personal and commercial accounts. She joined the Jeff Munro Agency in 1981 as a commercial lines customer service representative. Jeff Munro Agency merged with R. O. Williams & Co., Inc. in 1996.
She hold the designation of Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) from the American Institute for Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters. Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) from the Independent Insurance Agents and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) from National Alliance.
She does her best to always be accessible to her customers and provide service that exceeds their expectations. She makes it her top priority to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
